Climb Mount Warning... Mt Warning is located inland from Tweed Heads in Northern NSW, just 20 minutes from Limpinwood Lodge. Walks are available from the base to the top and those planning to climb Mount Warning should wear sturdy shoes and allow a good half day for the round trip. The views are worth the effort.

Stroll along Byron Bay... In 1770 Captain Cook discovered a safe anchorage and named it Cape Byron after his navigator Lord Byron. The first industry in Byron started around the 1880s, and it is now one of the most recognised surfing destinations in Australia. Byron Bay is just 50 minutes south from Limpinwood Lodge and is certainly worth a day trip to.

Visit Natural Arch... Natural Arch is just 25 minutes away and a natural rock archway has been formed with a waterfall caressing over the top. This is very popular with our guests as they take a picnic lunch and discover the peace and serenity that is hard to find elsewhere. It is situated in a subtropical rainforest with glow worms appearing at night.
